A Meditation & Gastronomy Tour

Seikantei in Odawara, Kanagawa Prefecture Seikantei was built in 1906 as a villa for the Marquis Nagashige Kuroda, who was active in the Meiji era (1868-1912). The area around Seikantei is located at the tip of a ridge that extends from Hakone, called Tenjinyama, and on a clear day, you can see Sagami Bay and Mt. Hakone with the Manazuru Peninsula and Oshima Island from the main building. While overlooking the view, you can enjoy afternoon tea from MECIMO, a popular restaurant in Odawara that focuses on local ingredients. Experiences such as meditation and handcrafting Japanese sachet are also available.
