Established in 1718, this historic brewery has been crafting sake in Kawachinagano City, Osaka, for over three centuries. Throughout its long history, the brand has undergone name changes, but today, Amano Shuzo stands as one of the region's most renowned local sake producers. The expert brewers here dedicate immense time and effort in crafting sake from local ingredients, resulting in a brew that is richly aromatic and mellow, garnering high praise from sake connoisseurs. Amano Shuzo is especially renowned for its mastery of "junmai-zukuri" (pure rice brewing).
